      The crappiest of recruitment businesses that you can ever think of working for!

      Pros

      No plus points apart from the money aspect which is pretty obvious considering the fact that they try to poach people by paying stupid pay hikes

      Cons

      No business foresight and no vision as to how they would like to take the business forward. The strategies and business planning keeps changing every other day and takes you by surprise. I was lied to and given a completely false picture about the business when I joined and the reality was a stark and worrying opposite of that. I am not sure about the business otherwise but if you are planning to join their recruitment business in Singapore then think twice. They do not have any USP's and the only way they can get people in is by luring people by throwing money.

      The employees are the only pro. There is no good reason to ever work here and there is no way to escape.

      Cons

      Like working your butt off at a job for little reward? Like only having 3 days of sick time every 6 months? Enjoy getting paid your regular salary on holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving? Like having no chance of moving up the ladder? Love never getting a raise, no matter how well you perform? Enjoy a job where the tools constantly fail and no one cares enough to replace broken equipment? Want a workplace where no one cares about you? Work here!

      Pros

      Free icecream and bagels on some days. Good experience and nice people at the office. Good office location for where i live.

      Cons

      Little growth. High turnover. Low morale. Company not very organized. Poor decision making for the past few years. No competitive advantage.
