      They were a great family oriented company, the General Foreman and Foreman kept my best interest in mind.

      Pros

      Great benefits, 401k matching, impeccable leadership, plenty of OT hours, equal opportunity to excel with the company, and they are a family oriented business.

      Cons

      The only con I can even think of is the amount of time I spent away from my family when we went on storm duty. Sometimes we would be gone for a few months at a time.
