Pros
Volt provides exceptional opportunities for career advancement. From my personal experience, I have witnessed numerous colleagues who have been able to grow in their careers quickly. Leadership encourages and supports employees in setting and achieving ambitious goals. The work culture at this company is undoubtedly one of its strongest assets. Colleagues are not just co-workers but also friends who genuinely care about each other's success and well-being. There is a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration that permeates throughout Volt.
Cons
I think with it being a start-up, it's definitely a fast-paced environment, so there's the work-life balance challenges, but leadership is good about encouraging employees to take time out of office.
