Pros

The office culture was fun and upbeat, I made lasting friendships there and gained great client experience. Working here set up my career in Tech.

Cons

The compensation was awful, there was no mentorship, and I didn't feel like I was given the tools I needed to succeed. I would not recommend working here if it is your first job out of school. At least not as an AM or PM. That being said, I did gain a lot of experience and got to put a lot of great projects on my resume.

Pros

The non-management people you will work with are great. Casual environment, work from home day once a week.

Cons

ZERO direction from CEO, upper management, and "HR." Compensation/salary is a joke- they will pay you the lowest amount possible not because they want to cut corners (which is also true) but also because they are broke. The company has undergone MULTIPLE instances of non-profitability, resulting in layoffs every couple of months/years. They prefer to hire contractors rather than full-time because of their cheap mindset. Eric, although kind, is not a leader. CEO/founder? Yes. Leader and team player? No. He gives absolutely no direction. He simply only wants the "cool" stuff that comes with this industry. He is on trips 85% of the time, resulting in a lack of communication, management, and staying on task. He wants all the fun without any of the strategy or real work, and this shows when almost every single project is completed or worked on days before the deadline, despite having known about the project months in advance. Overall, the great work environment and lenient vacation days are not worth the other 90% of the time you are in the office getting ideas rejected, given zero direction, and working for a company that will not last in the long run. There is ZERO opportunity for growth in this company.
