There's beer and that's about it.

Cons

Egotistical leadership. They pretend they're listening and that they care & tell you one thing but behind your back it's the opposite. Spinning all of our wheels & nothing gets accomplished. People in their role for the wrong reasons & with little to no qualifications to be in their job. Backstabbing in abundance. Poor benefits, perks, culture, & no work/life balance.
