Managers constantly scream at employees in the middle of office, bully, demean, and embarrass them, they try to force people into quitting, if you’re not one of the office favorites you’re screwed, you’ll get in trouble for breaking imaginary rules that they make up on the spot, condescend you for fun. no room for growth, they will lie to your face to keep you around. if you stand up for yourself you will be pushed out the door. they want you to come in and sit at your desk and not bat an eye.
