Be careful....no formal training given

Great shift hours, no weekends. Good pay, bonus. Off on every holiday. PTO from 1st day

Cons

No formal training given. Expected to learn as you go but then held accountable for things you didnt know you didnt know. 1 year probation and will fire you and state they do not have to give a reason.
