      Consistent pay. No Overtime. Generous leave time. M-F schedule.

      Cons

      Government work. The benefits did not impress. Salaries are not equitable. Gender equality didn't exist. Zero management support. Not encouraged to move upward.

      Aircraft, Bell 407s, are great to fly

      Cons

      Normalization of deviance regarding failure to follow FAA regulations regarding aircraft maintenance, crew duties and responsibilities. Sheriff's office employees refuse to investigate middle management's, (Chief Pilot and DOM) refusal to comply with FAA regulations or Part 135 GOM.
