Pros
Competent tech people and a good product focus. Friendly culture. Good work/life balance. Nice central office.
Cons
Upper management quite invisible and relation to mother company Volvo Cars very unclear. As a result the top objectives feels not completely aligned with the business and the larger Volvo Cars context.
