When I worked at VONQ I was able to follow an all paid for course to improve my skills. Everybody is very helpful and accessible Successes are being celebrated Trust is given beforehand (until you abuse it) Open culture Flexible hours and workspaces They take good care of you in incentives and pay All these things actually made me a better person in my personal life too
Cons
Because of the growth VONQ is experiencing, projects and processes are subject to change at any given moment. This also makes it tough to focus on one thing
