      Big Company I guess, but it keeps getting smaller.

      Cons

      They seem to breaking it off and selling the unwanted parts of business. No regards for customers or existing employees. Only to appease the overall hedgefund overlords.

      The company has a strong market reputation Role scope and team structure seemed interesting Initial communication was prompt and engaging

      Cons

      Lack of timely updates throughout the hiring process Interview scheduling was inconsistent and, at times, disorganised Limited or no feedback was provided after multiple interview rounds Overall, the candidate experience felt impersonal and not well-managed

      Lots of Problems to work out

      Pros

      -they try to work on diversity and inclusion which is great but its only if you agree with them -very forward thinking company who wants to innovate -if you work at corporate it pays well with good benefits(individual companies under their umbrella varies) -if you are a minority they have lots of perks for you

      Cons

      -required to take white privilege training -they have diversity quotas, if you are a white male or Asian male you will most likely be passed up for someone that 'looks' more like what they are interested in -very left leaning and theyre outward about it, if you do not like 'woke' companies dont work here -culture at corporate is very 'blame game' and it gets exhausting (they have a high turnover rate) -they care more about raising the pride flag than they do the opinions of their employees
