+ Voormedia offers a safe environment to be you. To fail, learn and grow. + The team is compact but really divers. + Freedom and responsibility go hand in hand. + Everyone is eager to perform, continuously grow their skills and create high quality software. + Voormedia is as flat as can be. Everyone is directly in touch with one another as well as with clients. + We work for clients, but reserve time to work on our own ideas / pet projects too. + We use React and Ruby on Rails a lot, but are not limited to using this stack. We've built applications with; Node, Rust, Java, C#, whatever gets us the best results.
Cons
- You need to be able to apply structure yourself. Know and/or learn how to get answers or when to reach out when you're stuck. - We're not the most commercial company, a bit idealistic maybe. That somehow holds us back from sharing our biggest achievements.
