- Extremely high turnover rate: there's always people leaving and cheap unexperienced replacements coming to take their place. - Inflexibility; employees are regarded as disposable and their needs are not listened to. - Culture of fear: people are often pushed to the edge to fulfill the management's irrealistic expectations. - Poor management: objectives are constantly changing and nothing is ever fully acomplished. - Questionable budget managing: leasing of expensive SUV for executives, while all the other employees get no transportation benefits whatsoever. - Noisy office: nerves are so high that some people's normal tone of voice for discussing work related topics has become screaming.
