      Salary and perks - Team - No dress Code - Flexible schedule - Professional training - Opportunities to grow or change carreer - Positive environment - Cutting edge technologies and management.

      Cons

      Isn't a playground, so you can find some challenges or barriers as a normal IT company. Otherwise problems I found here was totally acceptable and solved professionally.
