      There are no full Saturdays off. Only two Saturdays per month are designated as half-days, and even those are not fixed—they depend on the company’s needs. The lunch break is limited to only 30 minutes. There are more delays in salary increments. Employees are not provided with sufficient leave. The office ambience is not professional; it feels more like working from home. The workplace lacks proper cleanliness and hygiene.
