Company operates like a start up company but has been around for years. They dont value what you have to say unless you are the CEO period so forget your new idea. They talk alot but there are no real actions behind the pom poms. the turn over is crazy, you will not hardly be trained and but you better figure it out fast or you are out the door and back in the food stamp line. If you talk too much then people will feel threaten so please act like a dummy and pretend you are being taught everything because no one likes a challenge or any new systems and processes there because it means more work. they love snacks though.Do not make this your career because there are no opportunities for growth you are your title and that is all you will be. Good luck feeling like you are a robot in a twilight zone everyday just going to a routine set. Dont trust a soul! They dont respect the indian staff they hire this is a circus expect you did not pay to see it you are in it.

If you have good approach in higher management (personal relations/relatives) then only you'll get benefits like salary and promotions otherwise they believe everyone is working for charity. They expect from employees for good work but they forgot their appreciations specially in yearly performance review. Normally best employees can get max 7% hike in 3 years and others who have a good approach in management can get promotions and hike twice in a year.
