Pros

Free donuts, free bagels, free coffee, free beer.

Cons

The openly stated long-term business plan is to try and sell the company, thus making those stock options you're provided at the start worth something. Every few months there are mass layoffs & mandatory steep pay-cuts as funding dries up. Only a tiny handful of employees have been present for over a year, and the vast majority of them are director level and above. Huge amounts of unpaid overtime.

Nonetheless, there has been a great deal of change since your time with Voxox, including: alignment of salary/benefits packages to market standards, stabilization, and balancing of our infrastructure.

Poor management with little experience running a technology company, particularly the CEO and CTO.
