Pros

Their clients are very kind and treat you well

Cons

But the company itself is a headach when it comes to pay. They would hire you outside of the USA, and give you a hard time to get paid. My last experience is aweful. Being a disable person i worked for them and something happens i got fired but they said they will not pay me any outstanding balance for the simple fact that. Their calls in the Haitian Creole queue are normally low. They catch my little brother sitdown in from of the camera, while he was watching for my incoming calls. They said that i subtitute other people to work and chose to not pay me previous check before they fired me. This is an abuse. Any company jas the right to fire you, but under no circumstances they can't deny paying your earned waiges.

Pros

Work from home. Good volume of calls

Cons

Salary is always incorrect. Your paycheck will always come with 50 dollars less or even more off your salary. I just imagine how many they rip off employees by doing that. They don't offer any training to the interpreters and will won't help you become a better professional, they will treat you like you're nothing.

Pros

Management is always trying to improve on the industry "standard" for interpreters. Be it by offering relative flexibility on schedules, Fostering an empathic management relationship with interpreters or by retaining interpreters through an honest working environment. You aren't given corporate BS, because many in management were interpreters, so they understand what interpreters might be going through. Long term vision for growth makes sure that no one gets left behind as the company continues to expand. Clients' needs are taken into consideration by offering what can be realistically achieved. The sales staff is truthful in their customer acquisition process.

Cons

Because of the above pros, growth has come constantly and to ensure the clients needs are met, sometimes interpreters get less work than what the interpreters who have been longer with the company used to get. But that situation balances itself out fairly quickly. Theres always a strong possibility that they get acquired by one of the industry behemoths and then all the benefits of working for Voyce would get diluted.
