      CEO and CTO hated each other so much they never spoke for over a month

      Pros

      The team is amazing and it was with reluctance that I decided to look for a more stable company where the threat of termination was not constantly held over each employers head.

      Cons

      The CEO. He organizes Friday parties on his boat and expects all his employees to attend. Then expects his employees to buy the drinks for themselves and him. There is no career path due to the complete lack of any form of managment.
