Teaching here is Creative and Rewarding and there are good opportunities to progress within the company in different settings/locations.
Cons
Poor teamwork and negative spirit towards one another. Looking out for yourself in such a highly responsible job is essential. Poorly paid job for qualified or unqualified people, we're looking after the youngest lives and spending more time with them than their parents, so there should be more consideration and care for these workers.
