      - Continuous learning with great training programs - A flat hierarchy. It is easy for a junior worker to contact and have a conversation with the CEO. - Great CSO program which helps many disadvantaged communities around Vietnam. - A very engaging workforce with amazing colleagues. I felt welcomed right away when I started working here. - Career progression is based on meritocracy. People can quickly advance their career.
