Pros

Good culture, good team work

Cons

management is lackluster, continued offshoring of cheaper labor in poorer countries shows signs company has stagnated. new ownership also aggressive with layoffs.

Pros

I worked here for a year between 2023/24 and worked with some of the nicest people ever. The edit suites were sublet to us by another company who rarely intervened. Wfh was also an option. Shift pattern was flexible and amazing salary negotiated.

Cons

Sadly the company recruited at a time when the industry was suffering due to the writers strike and work dried up pretty fast, leading to 6 months of doing the odd bit of work and the rest relying on Spotify or Netflix chill to keep occupied. Redundancy was suspected but constantly assured all was well, until profit losses were announced and it happened, little more than a months salary.
