Pros

competitive pay, the overtime hours help the pay especially for starting to work after high school. I made pretty good amount of money there, more than most companies would pay starting out

Cons

the hours were pretty bad, 11 hours everyday for 5 days and sometimes 6 days, plus every 2 weeks you switch from day shift to night shift which was annoying. you cant move up very much pay wise with the company

Good benefits, great company picnics.

Cons

Pay, Jeez. Took 7 Months to get hired on and stayed at $10.75 the whole time. Then only get a raise to $11.35. Really horrible starting pay, and low raises

The overtime, helps you stay.

Cons

Unfortunately this company seems to not care about their employees, from the line on up to HR, and management. Seem to be more concerned about make truck for Toyota, by any means necessary.
