      Tough times, it’s all about the profit not the people

      Amazing training Great work life balance in sales Amazing friends

      Cons

      Leadership team issues Everything comes from the top no flexibility Power hierarchy No innovation or budget put behind the product but charge high price so no one buys it as no evidence then manager blame down without looking at themselves Very inexperienced people Very low salaries so massive turnover in sales team as management really don’t value their staff

      There aren't any pros I've never felt so worthless and miserable in a job ever.

      Cons

      Bullying is rife, Communication is muddled, and Training is haphazard. No one will listen if you have an issue it's all swept under the carpet.
