Pros
It's a fun place! A new push to develop new technologies makes it interesting. Great focus both on customer service and employee care. CEO sits alongside and respects rest of the staff. They pay well for the right talent and the CTO is really hands on.
Cons
Leadership is only just starting to get focused. Growth was slow while they were tangled up in their product/services road map. The SDLC and internal processes are too informal... They need to be formalised. It's a small company, career progression is limited.
