I worked about 7 years,doing field service and laser applications. They have great employees that are not appreciated, are micromanaged, misled, and lied to. Unfortunately the company's bad name has to rub off on them also. Employees are put down and verbally abused by management. Everything done by Management is a secret. Employees are not involved in any problem solving. They will not hear any input. People are micromanaged and not allowed to do their actual job. No employee training, no reviews. Pay is based on favoritism and shows total discrimination, while not based on experience in the field. The highest paid person on the shop floor cannot read or write in English, but can work on the owners cars. Only family and friends of choice are paid properly. Company is very unorganized and run by two people known as the bottle neck brothers. Very narcissistic . Any and every issue to deal with funnel through two people, that have no idea how to manage a company, or people, then it oozes out of the funnel 8 months later in a panic, and the Band-Aid method is then applied to fix the problem. New customers are avoided by phone and email, after putting money down. I have seen customers show up at the door to verify they had a machine there after 6 months of no contact or returned correspondence. Vytek knowingly ships machines they know have existing problems, and unverified cut settings, or have not been tested at all, leaving it up to field service to make it work if possible, or deal with disgruntled customers. They misrepresent themselves online to draw employees in. Any good reviews online are given by two managers using multiple titles.Just more lies. Employees that work there do not give reviews probably because they would have to lie to give a good review. They have no regard for customers, or what happens after they receive a machine. They do not stand behind their products and will not send anyone to fix problems unless forced. They do not stock critical supplies so customers wait months for repairs. They sold the Government a machine that did not run for 2 or 3 years, and was not tested before shipping. They received the wrong size machine, and had to knock a wall down to get it in the building. They were put on Government no bid list after multiple attempts failed to get it running.. I went there and got laser running after better than 2 years of being in no run state, and got them back on the Government bid list. I was let go while revolting about a false promise they made me. They are now on the 3rd or 4th person they hired to fix the company, because management cannot. He will implement the ideas that employees have told management over and over to implement, but they do not hear employee input, ever. He will be micromanaged also. The only input he believes is from two owners who feed him the information they choose to, so they get what they want without having to get involved. He is made to believe all employees know nothing, so nobody else can be involved in making any good decisions. Potential Employees and Customers should read this review again.
