annual company trip high bonuses if you work there for 5+ years option to live on site with rent discount good health insurance
Cons
low hourly pay low commission pay no work life balance - especially if you live on site (you are signing up to be on call 24/7) poor company morals and policies they care about appearance way too much uniforms are expensive and taken out of your check poor higher up management poor construction high turnover high stress no company values About 8-10 people left just this year all to take care of their mental health, a job should never make you feel that horrible.
