Pros

Small team setting and flexible time. Not much else to say other then don't expect this to be a job that will pay the bills.

Cons

Quality Control is handled by one person in the office, there is not a system available to professionally review quality so it becomes a hostile environment for all involved. There is poor communication regarding who is in charge so during shifts hostilities are even high with multiple arguments. HIGH TURN OVER RATE! HIGH TURN OVER RATE! HIGH TURN OVER RATE! HIGH TURN OVER RATE! Training is all done by videos and expect most of training must be done on your own per management try to keep u down by not disclosing full requirements of certain tasks. This is a small company and management has been here from the beginning so even interview if you want to be in management. If you have call center experience then this place will be very very very very unprofessional environment.

Pros

None, lies from the start. At time of job offer I was promised a full time second shift position, I was promised pay for orientation, training, and onboarding. All lies. I was only paid for 9 hours of zoom training, have yet to be paid for the 14 hours of onboarding, video training and orientation. First week schedule was for 4 hours, far from the 40 I was promised and they only pay twice a month. I turned down several other jobs bc they had be convinced this was a great opportunity. Promising consistent hours and bonus on top of bonus. After completing training I was told by trainer that because I completed my training within a set timeframe Of be paid the hourly plus bonus, what a joke, I haven't been paid for any of it except the 9 hours of live zoom training. Sorry but I have a family to support and being scheduled 4 hours for a 15 day pay period isn't suitable. It's a waste of time. Overall, if they had actually did everything they promised, the job itself is so easy a 5 year old could do it. But I don't work for free and I don't want a wishy washy schedule, not knowing from one day to next if I'm going to work or not.

Cons

Everything. Lies, Pay is only on the 4th and 20th of each month and no hours scheduled, and as of now, still haven't been paid. $240 might not be much to a company but to a single mother it's a lot. Now thanks to the empty promises from them when I accepted this job, I lost 2 other legitimate job opportunities and am praying I can get another interview with the companies I turned down, to accept the w5 job, so I can support my family. I never recommend or not recommend someone work for a company, but just don't get your hopes up and stand up for yourself if you do chose to work for them. And document all of your time worked!

This is an extremely unfair review. You never even went live on phones. You took a vacation halfway through your training and never returned our calls about continuing your training. You didn't show for your scheduled observation of an experienced agent and in order to receive the bonus, you need to be live on phones for 20 hours. We put trainees on the schedule once they've gone live but you weren't even around long enough to know about that. All of this is in the employee handbook you signed!
