      Pros

      Good opportunities to get in the field. If you’re not willing to take on MULTIPLE responsibilities with poor pay then this is not the place for you.

      Cons

      Never felt like a team environment. Job description was changed multiple times yet never fulfilled what was promised. Equipment kept breaking down and nothing seemed to ever work which made our jobs impossible at times leading to a lot of negativity swarming through the air. Never had a full staff people were always coming and going which put a lot on everyone else at any point of the year.

      Management is in shambles, everyone is underpaid, understaffed, outdated equipment.
