Pros

Yes its true that you are kept so busy that your always rushing from one client to the next and your always flat out because the you land on a clients door step not knowing what the client wants or how to do it. Unfortunately, being busy means that you never get time to do a proper job or to look back and see how your being mistreated. Oh ... You do learn to thing on your feet and defend yourself. After all, you have to because management constantly leaves you in bad situations and uses you for a scape goat with clients because they are afraid of loosing sales or facing the client with honesty.

Cons

There is nothing sincere about this organization and management. There are always 'plans' for and incentives and training which never eventuate or are changed - at your expense. You will be burnt out and left out to dry.

Pros

Free training and seminars, fresh fruit in the mornings, good location with staff parking for some positions. Senior staff are helpful if they ever have free time in their schedule. You can build a career with them without requiring a university degree. CEO is friendly during his omce a month return from holidays. 6 weeks annual leave if they'll allow you to take leave.

Cons

12 hour alternating day and night shifts, not enough staff to cover if one member is sick, late or needs leave. Management frequently lies and deceives staff. No work/life balance. Once you're employed, they expect their business to be your only priority. Severely underpaid for the workload, hours and the responsibility and blame you will take. Constant onboarding of clients without enough resources to cover them. VDBA team members are also responsible for handing keys out to the CEO's AirBnB rentals without being informed. No working remotely due to one ex employee's mistake.

Pros

Work colleagues who understand the stresses and will support each other. Admin staff are excellent and dedicated to their roles. Friday afternoon beers (but only if in the Brisbane office - everywhere else goes without).

Cons

Management is thoroughly dishonest. Promises are usually made in interviews of "frequent" travel to seminars (sometimes overseas) but rarely happens. Promises also made in interviews of being able to work from home. Complete fabrication. Incompetent sales staff. Will say anything to make a sale with pain being inflicted on support staff. No account management for clients unless the client starts demanding that contract conditions are fulfilled or they will be dropped. Sexual harrassment often seen by senior management. Reports are ignored. Physical threats often seen by senior management to staff. Reports are ignored. Changes made to work contracts to remove conditions and threats of termination of employment if not signed.
