Pros
The company culture at WAV media is second to none. It's a very tight-knit community of music lovers; eager and willing to welcome more people into the squad. Teams are built out of passionate and creative people from all kinds of backgrounds, all eager to build something incredible, and have a great time while they do it. My favorite part of WAV Media is the idea and overall attitude that 'nothing is off the table,' and additionally, that anything is possible... opinions and ideas are welcome no matter your title.
Cons
As is normal for a start up - you need to have the "eager to win" teamwork mentality at WAV. Many employees wear multiple hats beyond their title, and often work long hours if projects require late nights to meet deadlines.
