      Pros

      For a work study student the pay is pretty decent.

      Cons

      Each quarter you have to submit a contract, it takes forever to get paid after you submit a timecard, tracking hours is a nightmare, and IT here is virtually non-existent (we're still running XP even though it is no longer supported).

      Very nice people to work with

      Cons

      No room for growth, very low pay, after every employee took a 5 percent pay cut the station went and bought a 3 million dollar station.
