The most disorganized workplace I've ever seen. The owner is consistently pompous and rude. He would cut me down and say things like "if I wanted it done like this, I would have had my dog do this. I hired you for your brain, use it." This was for something that I had never done before and was totally guessing. There didn't seem to be a chain of command, just the owner and then everyone else. The warehouse is disgusting and doesn't comply with safety regulations. There is no efficient training program for anything, so there is alot of inconsistencies in every department. The salaried employees are expected to work ridiculous hours and aren't paid well enough. Turnover is aweful! Out of the people that I talked to, none of them seemed to enjoy their work. Nobody seemed like they wanted to be there.

The downside to accepting a job at World's Best Cheeses is that there is a 120 day probationary period you must pass through before you become a permanent employee, join the union, and receive your medical, dental, and vision. A lot of people are hired, come in every day, work hard, and are let go after 115, 118, or 119 days. The company does not have to give any reason for dismissing an employee who has not completed their probationary period.
