My experience with WBM Technologies has been excellent from recruitment through onboarding. The interview process was respectful, organized, and focused on both technical capability and cultural fit. What impressed me most was the level of support provided even before officially starting the role. The company encouraged continuous learning through self-paced training, peer mentorship, process walkthroughs, and hands-on site familiarization. I also had the opportunity to experience camp living and meet people on site early, which helped build confidence and working relationships before deployment. One of the most memorable parts of the experience was the “Warm Welcome” session where Joanne and Brett personally met with new hires and returnees. It created a genuine sense of belonging and reflected the supportive culture WBM promotes. WBM truly demonstrates professionalism, collaboration, and commitment to its employees.
