DO NOT WORK HERE!

Pros

Paid healthcare for employee and dependents.

Cons

This is a horrible work environment! Most upper management only care about themselves and will throw you under the bus to save their own jobs. The CEO and Human Resources are nonexistent! Did nothing when the chairman of the company David Yokeum verbally abused us daily! My team was constantly blamed by Mr. Yokeum for projects we had nothing to do with and we couldn’t say anything because he would throw a fit and attack us. He’s not mentally fit to be running a company, extremely forgetful and senile. He gets jealous of other mangers because he’s not the one making the company successful, even though this is his company! Also, I was called an ignorant millennial, constantly threatened that I would be fired for no reason and told if I got pregnant I would be fired. I've never worked for a company where I felt so disrespected and discriminated against, David Yokeum needs to constantly belittle women to feel better about himself as a person. I personally got very sick because of the constant stress! Do not work for this company! No amount of benefits are worth it.

Pros

Good benefits is the only reason I stayed here so long

Cons

David Yokeum, Owner of WCA, will fire anyone at any time depending on his mood. He will say things like "Don't get pregnant or you'll be fired" and walk into a room screaming to the point you think he'll have heart attack. Everyone takes advantage, especially management. This is by far the worst company I've EVER worked for. Don't get me started on the sexual harassment from the directors. If you're a woman, stay away from any possible employment at WCA.

Pros

Good salary's, GREAT benefits, decent work-life balance

Cons

Highly political work environment, you can't trust anyone especially those in upper management. Very volatile working environment as everyone is always afraid to lose their job. Employees are fired on a whim depending on how the owner feels that day. Lots of sexual harassment and discrimination. No balance of power, no written policy and no clear vision or direction. Company will continue to hemorrhage talent until the owner steps away. If you're a man, you might do well. Not a good fit for minorities, especially women of childbearing ages.
