Many in the software developer team has no real innovation, They are very rigid and not open to new ideas - i guess they treat the company as their retirement safe zone - while actually they are jeopardizing the essence of real advance technology. They are not welcome when new requirement from the clients - instead they throw thousands of excuse.
Consistent hike relevant to the yearly performance review, even though the company is going through tough time.
Flexibility to explore any technical area. Not much of regards to best practices and solutions

Not so strong sales / presales, hence very less new opportunities. Government customer and hence takes forever to crack deals.
Business are mostly in APAC regions and hence growth and work is mostly there.
