      Pros

      You will have an absurd amount of free time.

      Cons

      Embarrassing management. Owner is a complete self-absorbed hermit that fires people randomly, equipment is shoddy and barely working, workflow is the worst I've ever seen. This station is stuck in the '90s. I will not be surprised if the station is dissolved within the next year or two.

      Pros

      Fun! Excitement of live TV. Can meet celebrities and other influential men and women in the community. Relaxed and laid back. Great place to learn and grow your broadcasting career.

      Cons

      Strange hours. Low pay. To be fair, it's average for the market and industry. Is what it is. Freelance and side gigs are advised.

      There is nothing good to say about this place. run as fast as you possibly can away.

      Cons

      Worst management, worst work environment, worst product, horrible coworkers, worst benefits, worst 401k, worst vacation and time off policies. Honestly run as fast as you can away from this place.
