Pros
-Started out as a good company to start your career, and had good culture. -Company had several great and talented people that were willing to share their knowledge. -You have the power to get your hands on new tools, but that depends on what project you end up on.
Cons
-Very low ceiling of career growth-company is ran buy CEO and two buddies that are more concerned about the company making money and themselves. -No training, period. Despite what was promised during interviews, it's a sink or swim situation with little to no help from peers. -Lacks teamwork and culture, everyone fends for themselves. -You are reviewed not based on the good work you've done, but whether you got the short end of the stick and ended up with a low billing project. -The company hasn't grown (employee wise) in over 10 years, they fluctuate on a average of 25 employees due to the lack of employee appreciation and poor management. -No real HR department, CEO is a acting HR representative so no representative to practice or protect employee rights or benefits. -If bonuses/raises are announced as not being provided for the entire company, favoritism runs very heavy and provided to those individuals secretly. -Biggest con is that despite how the company is managed or how they value their employees, you lose time working really hard and do not gain as much skill set or career growth to have other companies see you as a value to show for your years spent here.
