The one pro is the pay

Cons

The pay isn't worth selling your soul. Most of the upper management is unprofessional and lacking. Instead of talking to their employees they either berate them or talk behind their backs. Each person is for themselves and will throw you under the bus in a second. There is no unity within the company.
