      Pros

      Flexible schedule, co workers are great and love doing what I do. Client interaction and being able to give solutions to their business is very rewarding.

      Cons

      Management is belittling and defensive. They ask us to let them know if we need help, yet are unable to give us their time. They sit behind closed doors most days. Also, they are quick to bash another sales rep to one of their peers. The management is horrible and makes the environment stale, toxic and morale is terrible.

      Pros

      Some of the news people at WDTN are the best in the business. They can be creative and hard working. The environment can be very collegial and laid back.

      Cons

      There is a lack of leadership. The on air product suffers from poor hiring, poor quality control and lack of effort by key staff and poor oversight. Managers tend to deal with everything through email.
