      Probably good as a career starter.

      Cons

      If you are ambitious, have good experience to sell or are a long-time resident in the Netherlands, avoid anything 'Flex'. Regardless, absolutelty do not sign for anything other than a convertible contract after 1 year. There are no benefits, no performance bonuses, will not be put on a pension scheme, and they are pretty much tied up to their agreements with the client. Those are not necessarily transparent to the employee, so things can backfire beyond your control. I am not surprised most hires are from abroad, they can be easily lured with vague promises of professional prospects. If you still choose to go 'Flex', make sure you negotiate and put into writing what your conditions down to the detail. Verbal agreements are not worth anything.

This means that employees can expect to receive better compensation, retirement plans, bonuses, and other benefits. This shows that the company is invested in its employees and wants to ensure they are well taken care of. Promising Future: WEB Eindhoven has a promising future ahead of them. They are well-positioned in the industry and are constantly expanding their operations. They are trying to invest in getting more and more interesting clients and projects. This means that there will be more opportunities for growth, development, and advancement. Additionally, being a part of this company with a promising future provides me a sense of stability and security.

      It's an option if you sign as flex for a couple of years to then directly join the customer.

      * If you are lucky you land in a project with a good project leader to learn from. * Two days working from home and flexible timetable. * The office is nice. * If you are new in town, you can meet other engineers from abroad.

      Cons

      * A clause is included so that you cannot join any of WEB's customers for a long time, thus making it difficult to stay in Eindhoven if you leave. * No benefits, no pension plan, no insurance discount, no 13th month pay, 26 days of holidays. * You rely on other colleagues / customer to help you out when you start. There is no plan from WEB management on how to get you up to speed.
