Don't stick around long term

Pros
If you're lucky you'll end up with a few decent coworkers More or less flexible schedule other than it being set nights Two weeks PTO after the first year No making beds No staging and scoring unless split night study
Cons
Poor management Company only cares about profit Horrendous lack of communication across the company Three to one patient to tech ratio Expensive health insurance with high deductible and poor coverage Overworked supervisor meaning important things are often neglected Two faced coworkers trying to be the favorites Constant misinformation being given to patients making them angry Company is supposedly growing but there aren't many opportunities for promotions Wages are not competitive Raises have to be pushed hard for Mileage will not always be paid despite having to travel between labs Broken equipment that the company does not want to replace Supplies constantly running short Full time hours not guaranteed

Pros
Coworkers were pleasant and interactions often very fun and meaningful. Office events really fun sometimes. Got to feel like I was helping patients directly
Cons
Management was abysmal. Logistics had no supervisor except COO. Incredibly understaffed. Boss threatened my new job when I left and attempted to follow through on the threat. Incredibly underpaid and overworked. Bare minimum assistance given.
