      Great team, nice people, amazingly fun atmosphere.

      Cons

      Holy red flags, Batman! Upper management is awful. Awful. AWFUL. If you like getting paid regularly, RUN AWAY. If you like clear, consistent work, RUN AWAY.

      Flexibility, There seems to be very little oversigth.

      Cons

      Payroll has been INCONSISTENT. On more than one occasion salaries were not paid on the scheduled payday, and employees were informed about the delay on the same day payment was expected.

      Its a great experience working at WET. The management and the team together make the atmosphere here, in the company, very professional and pleasant. Everybody here is friendly, kind; they truly go above and beyond to help each other. I enjoy to be part of a company that creates breathtaking projects and quality work. Always proud to be here.

      We sometimes can't keep up learning because lots of professional and creative people around us.
