      Pros

      Shop floor staff know the products and are very knowledgeable

      Cons

      Directors that run the place couldn’t run a bath. Speak to employees like dirt and when push comes to shove can’t deliver. The place has a toxic work culture and any complaints are swept under the carpet by spineless managers who look the other way despite loads of people attempting to get the place running like it could be ran.

      Plenty of on site parking, good range of benefits, generous company pension scheme, close to home, early finish on a Friday.

      If your a yes man with no spine, or experience, or .. skills?

      Cons

      Horrible top heavy management structure. Over paid 6 or so directors on 6 figures, Layers of over paid sub management and inflated operational departments. MD who doesn't believe in bonuses ….but takes a bonus for himself and upper management. However, lads on shop floor are fantastic, the real engine room, earning bonus for people shooting them down on occasion. Perfecto no?
