Pros
Before the current CFO, this was a lovely place to work where everyone contributed and it felt like family.
Cons
Not many, the older employees were forced into retirement under the current regime. Run like a dictatorship by the CFO. Also, not much room for advancement here.

Pros
Fellow lower-level employees were wonderful, some of the best people I've ever had the privilege to work with! Its PBS, so it always felt like we were serving the community.
Cons
Management was actively terrible, and covering up their mistakes by encouraging people to quit! Retaliation was constant! Hours (or even positions!) were cut if someone was deemed by management as being a "trouble-maker" by asking for a raise or better working conditions! Departments were kept in "silos" to keep employees from talking to each other, making it easier for management to keep problems contained.
