      Flexible work locations, great compensation strategy

      Cons

      A large group of successful business developers left and the pipeline of new work dried up almost over night. Many of us were terminated after 4 years of consistent changeability with little notice and no severance. New CEO has failed to articulate a strategy for growth in the absence of the departing talent and the firm is now heading back toward staff augmentation.

      Pros

      WG has turned the corner with the elimination of a cancer that was terminated in August. The leadership since September has brought back a since of teamwork that was missing and the firm is moving forward with a focus on the people and trust in doing the right thing. The firm is winning new clients and the people seemed to be working well together.

      Cons

      Fixing the past mistakes of the group that was terminated in August and the depature of the Wes Colwell.

      - Nurturing environment where employees are allowed to grow. - Leadership is approachable and open to feedback

      Cons

      - The firm is in its early stages of growth, due to this there is not the variety of projects/industries you would find with a big 4 firm. However, this is also a positive as it allows the firm to be more personal and hands-on with its clients.
