A large group of successful business developers left and the pipeline of new work dried up almost over night. Many of us were terminated after 4 years of consistent changeability with little notice and no severance. New CEO has failed to articulate a strategy for growth in the absence of the departing talent and the firm is now heading back toward staff augmentation.
