W. H. Bagshaw is by far the most positive, genuine work environment I have ever been in. The culture here is very uplifting and I am actually excited to go to work every day, well except for every other Friday because guess what? They give you those off. I drive an hour and ten minutes to work every day. My last job was only seven minutes from home, yet that drive felt longer in every way. The atmosphere at W. H. Bagshaw is truly a one of a kind experience. Every day I see real collaboration between employees, playful banter, laughter, and a drive to excel and provide top-tier service. People here actually enjoy being around each other. Ownership and management are open-minded and willing to listen. New ideas are never dismissed without consideration, and you always feel like your voice matters. Ownership has also recently purchased a new building and has invested in equipment and software that offers significant improvements for the company. This shows their commitment to creating a better experience for everyone involved. They offer competitive pay and a nice benefits package. Their first core value is family, and they live it every day. Not only do you feel like family when you come to work, they offer flexibility to ensure you can be there for your actual family when you are needed, no questions asked. I feel incredibly lucky to be a part of such a thoughtful, driven, and caring company.
