A lot of changes over the last couple of years. The atmosphere here is more energetic, hopeful, collaborative. Employees in my local office have been empowered to make it a better place to work - and now corporate has rolled out a new vision & mission, which includes "empowered employees". Our corporate owners have been listening and getting to know us better. Leadership in the local office is fantastic - honest, positive, listens, and genuinely has our back. The Portland office is a great place to learn and grow. Great group of people to work with.

There's plenty of opportunity for career growth in just about any position. I feel like a valued employee and member of the team and that my opinion matters. The office environment is pleasant and I'm able to keep a great work/life balance. The current staff team has a great outlook and our future looks bright.
