      Low pay, poor management, amazing quality of life.

      Pros

      When you go home, you leave the job behind. No on call at all. Tons of time off. A week at thanksgiving, two weeks at Christmas, a week for spring break, and three weeks in the summer.

      Cons

      The pay is terrible. The minimum is I think 38k, and the cap is around 54k or 56k. Management is terrible.

      The only pros are the hours you work and the time off

      Cons

      Have not had a raise in several years, the department supervisor will not stand up for you, and the pay is terrible for the amount of work expected.
