This place is the worst - management regularly lies to you, accommodation is changed at a moment's notice - no care for employee wellbeing (that includes no support for SA). Textbooks are generated by ChatGPT and you are under the whims of a draconian schedule.

A lot of the reviews on here are super negative so I wanted to leave a comment to try and give a balanced picture. Wils is a good place to work. If you understand the hagwon industry in Korea then Wils is for sure one of the better hagwons out there. There is way more freedom to manage your classes and without being micromanaged and scrutinised all the time. The atmosphere is super relaxed compared to other up tight hagwons. The pay is good and the accommodation is legit 100x better than tiny box rooms you get with other hagwons. I lived in a big two bedroom place walking distance from the school.
Cons
Stuff can be last minute at times, but that's the case in a lot of places. Wils isn't the place for you if you need things to be extremely organised. Then again, hagwon life, or just working in a business in Korea in general probably isn't for you.
